Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss logistics for your specific instrument.

  Prepare for Transport

  Carefully pack your item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all pedals, power cables, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For grand or upright pianos, we will coordinate a professional piano moving service; for smaller keyboards and accessories, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument for condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
